A SCIENTIFIC NETWORK FOR TOMORROW

The United Nations University (UNU) Symposium on Science and Praxis of Complexity, held in Montpellier (France) in 1984, brought together prestigious names such as Illya Prigogine, Peter Boulding, Edgar Morin, Karl H. Pribram, Jean Louis Le Moigne, Niklas Luhmann, Henri Atlan. The objective was to discuss and develop a Praxeology or "Theory of Practice", in order to elaborate A Method to Change The World. The same year, the Santa Fe Institute was created in America to develop the concept of Systems and Complexity. What emerged at this Time with the development of the General System Theory and the Knowledge Macroscop appeared as A True Methodological Turn  - Actually A Scientific Revolution !
